Ryan's Voyage to Mt. Fuji

Friday was a bit of a day off for little Ryan as I was given the grand opportunity to travel to Fuji USA Corporate Headquarters just north of New York City for a day trip. What's best about this trip is that I didn't know I was going on it until Tuesday morning. Being a massive kiss-ass and nerd I was pleasured to be given the opportunity so kiss up to my corporate honcho's AND meet some people from Microsoft to discuss the new operating system coming out next year, Vista.

Does anyone really care about Microsoft but me? No.

Therefore should we discuss how:
  1. I was the last one on my plane in the morning, despite arriving at the Rochester International Airport at 5:30am due to additional security (I must look extra shifty that early in the morning);
  2. We turned the key to our rental car and heard ... nothing;
  3. We got caught behind not one, but TWO accidents on the packed and stressful NYC- borough area highways;
  4. I believe I failed to mention that I had to drive... the whole time;
  5. When we came back to JFK to check in for our return flight, only one of us had a reservation while somehow despite holding receipt confirmations there were no seats for the other two of us, requiring us to purchase the last two seats on the plane to ensure we had a ride home;
  6. ALL three of us were singled out for additional security on our way home which meant I got a free massage by a very large homeland security guard;
  7. I finally got into my car in the Rochester International Airport after a 13 hour day to see what sitting under my windshield wiper, oh just a ticket for my expired inspection;

Well it wasn't all bad, most of the good parts had alot to do with nerd things that no one that reads this will very much care about. Most of you are thinking, "you shoulda stayed in NYC and partied!" Well no, no I shouldn't have. So there.
